Please Note: Organizations are asked to resubmit an Organization Submission Form annually to keep program and contact information up-to-date. The VTAAC Executive Committee has final say to approve resources found on the Survivorship Resource Center. Please allow up to two weeks for the reviewal process.

Camp Ta-Kum-Ta
Camp Ta-Kum-Ta provides challenging, extraordinary experiences in a safe and loving environment for children who have or have had cancer and their families. Camp exists for Vermont and Northern New York children (including other out-of-state children who are treated in Vermont), at no cost to their families.
Camp Kesem
We believe all children facing a parent’s cancer deserve the chance to fully experience the joys of childhood and be their best selves. We provide year-long support and a week-long summer camp for our campers and families.
Cancer Patient Support Foundation
Cancer Patient Support Foundation provides financial assistance and support and acts as a resource for cancer patients during diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Collaborative Cancer Care
We provide mental health services for cancer survivors. In addition, we have a breast cancer survivorship hub that provides a support group, survivorship health and wellness education, stress management/empowerment education, and advocacy coaching
Dagonheart Vermont
Dragonheart Vermont is a sisterhood of survivors who have taken on the fun and challenging sport of dragon boating to bring friendship, fitness, and fun into our lives after a breast cancer diagnosis. Come paddle with us on Lake Champlain in the summer and join our off-season training all winter. We call ourselves the Dragonheart VT Sisters. We have found that there is nothing like being part of our team. Join us.
Lucy’s Love Bus
Our mission is to deliver joy, comfort, and quality of life to children with cancer and their families through free integrative therapies and holistic support.
Mahana Magic Foundation
Supporting the children of cancer patients and their caregivers. Offering both emotional and financial support to Vermont families.
Open Channels Energy Therapy
Open Channels provides energy healing and spiritual mentoring to holistically support mind, body, and spirit.
Osher Center for Integrative Health at UVM
We provide integrative health services to support cancer patients’ wellness, improve quality of life, and relieve symptoms and side effects of conventional treatments. Services include massage, acupuncture, yoga, mindfulness, and health coaching.
Sail Beyond Cancer
Honoring those being challenged by cancer by harnessing the healing powers of wind, water, and sail.
Team IMPACT
Team IMPACT matches children facing serious illness and disability with college sports teams, creating a long-term, life-changing experience for everyone involved.
The American Childhood Cancer Organization
We are a community of families, survivors, and friends who have been affected by childhood and adolescent cancer. We offer our community support, information, advocacy. We are their voice.
Vermont Cancer Support Network
VCSN improves the quality of life for Vermonters living with cancer by: Providing programs of support, information, education, and celebration Maintaining a comprehensive list of support resources Working with other cancer-related organizations to reduce the burden of cancer on Vermonters
Wellness on Wheels
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to enabling cancer survivors to discover the sport of mountain biking, aiding in their healing and recovery. We provide free private lessons, tours, trail use passes, and access to mountain bikes on Kingdom Trails in Northeastern VT.
You First
You First helps Vermont women and anyone with breasts or a cervix get screened for cancer and reduce health health risks.
