Cancer Patient Support Foundation provides financial assistance and support and acts as a resource for cancer patients during diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Eligibility Requirements: Medical social workers refer patients to our organization to receive financial assistance.
Population Served: We serve cancer patients living in Vermont and some in upstate NY who are being treated in at UVM Medical Center.
